If u are using rcomnet settings then u will seen that sometimes it will not be connected.it will be shows that unable to connect.Try 4-5 times to connect if not connected.Then call to any number it will be free.I tried this trick and its working for me ind punjab.I found that from 2.57p.m to 3.15p.m and 1.00p.m to 1.15p.m is time of free call.i do daily free call on this time.Try this trick.If u found any another time of disconnection.Then write in my guestbook.Balance must be positive
