procedure:::
step1:connect ur pc to net with
rcommms or rcomwap apns in the
pc suite
step2:install proxifier 2.91 given
below
step3:in proxifier,goto options-
>proxy settings,click on add option
and type the proxy 10.239.221.22
and port 8080 and select https in
the choices,nothing else
step4:in options,goto advanced-
>http traffic
in adress bar

in port
3128(same as given port in adress)
